AgentXcpp internals documentation

The AgentXcpp library is intended to implement SNMP MIB implementation. This is achieved by implementing the AgentX protocol as defined in RFC 2741. The main goals of the library are:

• Compliance to RFC 2741
  • Provide a clean, easy to use API
  • Provide full documentation of the API
  • Ensure stable operation
